上海悦达889是一个集办公、购物、休闲、娱乐于一体城市综合体项目,坐落于新曹家渡中心商圈。悦达889广场配备架空地板、新风系统等设施,为用户提供了现代化的舒适办公环境。能耗主要包括照明插座用电(包括照明和插座用电、应急照明用电、室外景观照明用电)、空调用电(包括冷站用电、空调末端用电)、一般动力用电(包括电梯用电、水泵用电、其他动力设备等)和其他特殊用电(如花园用电和停车场特殊设备用电等)。通过建立能耗分项计量系统实现用电的分类计量,实现电能分项、分户计量,并向上一级能耗检测系统数据中心上传数据。
系统的接口程序主要包含数据采集,数据存储,数据上传三大功能。将采集到的电表数据存储到本地数据库,通过调用服务接口,将数据库中的数据上传到静安区管理中心。企业级能源报表分为:企业级能源汇总月报、企业级能源汇总日报、企业级能源详细报表三种。根据(查询日期)、(能源项目名称)查询(项目的能耗值),即该项目下所有子项目的总能耗值,并生成(报表打印),支持图表格式,能清晰的显示出每个项目能耗的百分比。

The interface program of the system mainly includes three functions: data acquisition, data storage, and data upload. The collected meter data is stored in the local database, and the data in the database is uploaded to the Jingan District Management Center by calling the service interface.
Enterprise-level energy reports are divided into: enterprise-level energy summary monthly report, enterprise-level energy summary daily report, and enterprise-level energy detailed report. According to the date of enquiry and the energy project name, the energy consumption value of the project is queried, that is, the total energy consumption value of all subprojects under the project, and a report is generated, printed, and the chart format is supported. The percentage of energy consumption of each project can be displayed. |
