上海会德丰大厦位于上海市延安西路与华山路交界处，为一幢高度约为二百七十米的综合办公楼。地上五十五层，地下三层；其中地库层功能为停车库、自行车库及机电设备用房等。建筑配有35kV总变配电室、10kV总配电室、10kV分配电室、低压配电室、柴油发电机房、空调系统马达控制房等。建立能耗分项计量系统实现用电的分类计量，实现电能分项、分户计量，并向上一级能耗检测系统数据中心上传数据。
系统的接口程序主要包含数据采集，数据存储，数据上传三大功能。将采集到的电表数据存储到本地数据库，通过调用服务接口，将数据库中的数据上传到静安区管理中心。
企业级能源报表分为：企业级能源汇总（月报）、企业级能源汇总（日报）、企业级能源（详细报表）三种。根据（查询日期）、（能源项目名称查询）、（项目的能耗值），即该项目下所有子项目的总能耗值，并生成（报表打印），支持图表格式，能清晰的显示每个项目的能耗百分比。
Located at the junction of West Yan'an Road and Huashan Road, Shanghai Huidefeng Building is a comprehensive office building with an approximate height of 270 meters. There are fifty-five floors above the ground and three underground floors; the function of the basement is parking garages, bicycle garages and electrical and mechanical equipment rooms. The building is equipped with a 35kV general transformer substation, 10kV main distribution room, 10kV distribution room, low voltage distribution room, diesel generator room, and air conditioning system motor control room. Establish an energy consumption sub-item measurement system to realize the classification and measurement of electricity consumption, realize energy sub-item and household measurement, and upload data to the data center of the next-level energy consumption detection system.
The interface program of the system mainly includes three functions: data acquisition, data storage, and data upload. The collected meter data is stored in the local database, and the data in the database is uploaded to the Jingan District Management Center by calling the service interface.
Enterprise-level energy reports are divided into: enterprise-level energy summary monthly report, enterprise-level energy summary daily report, and enterprise-level energy detailed report. According to the date of enquiry and the energy project name, the energy consumption value of the project is queried, that is the total energy consumption value of all subprojects under the project, and a report is generated, printed, and the chart format is supported. The percentage of energy consumption of each project can be displayed. |
