复旦大学是国内乃至世界上知名学府，复旦大学光华楼位于复旦大学邯郸路北校区的东部校园内。光华楼总建筑面积109,466平方米，地上建筑面积98,823平方米，地下建筑面积约10,643平方米。这是一座集教学、办公。科研。公共接待等功能为一体的智能化、环保型的综合性大楼，2004年被上海市列为重点建设项目。
本公司依据自身的技术实力与业界口碑，一举赢得了复旦光华楼的[IBMS]信息总集成项目。本公司对于该项目的理解是：光华楼应名副其实，是一栋智能化、环保型的综合性大楼。实现这一目标的主要原因之一是本公司在搭建楼宇自控系统基础上，将自主开发的智能楼宇集成管理系统（IBMS）合理、有效的运用到了光华楼中。IBMS能对大楼内的各机电系统进行统一界面的管理，并且通过采集各应用器业务的能耗数据对能耗进行全方位的统计分析，对所有设备进行全过程的跟踪处理，确保光华楼内所有设备处于高效、节能。最佳的运行状态。
